Upcoming Events
- The Leo Club, along with the Titan Leaders Care, are sponsoring a district wide winter clothing drive from Dec. 4 to January 12. Please contribute your "gently used" or new coats, gloves, blankets, scarves, hats, boots, etc. The items will be given to the Salvation Army to distribute to people in need. Keep in mind that some of these people are children. So it is time to clean out your closets and know you are helping to keep someone in need warm. There will be large blue collect bins in the main office, mail room and library for your convenience. We will also be collecting the items during home basketball games. Contact Ms. Boswell if you cannot drop off your items and she will get a student to pick up the items.
- Letter's to Soldiers
The Leo Club members are once again collecting names so that in the beginning of November we can start writing letters to the men and women serving overseas during the Holiday Season. We write letters to these people thanking them for all that they have done and wishing them Happy Holidays. Thanks to a major effort by students in the district we were able to send out approx. 4,000 letters last year. We are hoping to equal that total from last year. It is great having the names of your friends/family serving overseas so that the letters can be more personal. Leo Club President Michelle Madsen.
